Shipping
You can find out which box you will receive from your order confirmation. If you order within the first 3 weeks of a month, you will usually receive the box for the next month.
We will send your German Culture Box within the first week of the respective month. Depending on the destination country, shipping takes more than 30 working days (see information on the coronavirus).
Current information on the coronavirus
Due to the currently very high number of parcels and the increased Corona protective measures, there may be delays in delivery. We ask for your patience. We currently only offer the Premium shipping option so that you can track the delivery of your German Culture Box.
Notes USA: The transport capacities to the United States of America are currently significantly reduced, so that the shipment of parcels can only be maintained under special measures. The German Culture Box has been shipped to the US by sea since September 15, 2020. Very long delivery times of at least 25-30 days must be expected. For destinations in the western United States or in remote regions, the transit time can be significantly longer.

If your German Culture Box is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email with further details.
If you have selected the "Premium" shipping method (shipment tracking and insurance), you can also track your box on the way from Germany to you.
Delays can sometimes occur if the Post operates at full capacity or if work is hampered by force majeure. We ask you to be patient in this case. A package is considered lost if it has not arrived after 3 months. During this time, the box can still arrive at your home or will be sent back to Germany.

Payment
Payments are made with PayPal. We ask you to provide your payment information at the end of the ordering process.
