§ 2 scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer (in accordance with § 13 BGB a "natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can largely not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity").

§ 3 conclusion of contract and storage of the contract text

The provisions of these terms and conditions apply to orders that consumers place on the website www.germanculturebox.com of the online shop German Culture Box.

The contract is concluded with the user (see § 1). Contract languages are German and English. The presentation and description of the goods on the website of the German Culture Box www.germanculturebox.com does not constitute an offer of a contract.

By ordering a product by clicking on the "Send order" button at the end of the ordering process, a consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded when the user sends an order confirmation by email.

The contract text is saved for orders. Consumers will receive an email with the order details and the applicable terms and conditions. After the contract is concluded, the order data can be viewed online if the consumer creates a customer account and confirms it. If no customer account is created or it is not confirmed, the order data cannot be viewed online after the contract has been concluded.

§ 4 transfer of risk

The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods rests with the user until the goods are handed over and passes to the consumer when the goods are handed over.

§ 5 retention of title

The user reserves ownership of the goods until the entire purchase price has been received.
